Notes

'Little Prince' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Little Prince') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Gilbert S. Richmond bred it. The blush flowers have rich yellow centers and a few large blush petals in the middle. It blooms mid season and has a miniature Japanese flower form.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Queen of Night tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
