Notes

'Lowii' Boston ivy (Parthenocissus tricuspidata 'Lowii') is a vine for borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or clay soil. Deer tend to pass it by. It grows fast and can climb up to 600 inches, and bees and birds visit its greenish white flowers. The leaves turn a new color in fall.

Pairs well with Panicle hydrangea, White spruce, and Sedge.
