Notes

'Marakele' rose (Rosa 'Marakele') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Deep yellow, fragrant blooms open from early to late summer and attract bees. Mogens Nyegaard Olesen bred it in 2010.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Little bluestem, and Panicle hydrangea.
