Notes

'Marcelle Gret' rose (Rosa 'Marcelle Gret') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant, medium yellow blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Francis Meilland bred it in 1947.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Little bluestem, and The President clematis.
