Notes

'Marijke Koopman' rose (Rosa 'Marijke Koopman') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright shrub has dark green leaves and fragrant, medium pink blooms. Flowers open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Gareth Fryer bred it in 1980.

Pairs well with Limelight hydrangea, Ornamental onion, and Coral Charm peony.
