Notes

'Masquerade' rose (Rosa 'Masquerade') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The compact plant grows about 35 inches tall and has dark green leaves. Its fragrant red blend flowers attract bees. Eugene S. Boerner bred it in 1949.

Pairs well with Standing Ovation little bluestem, Gladiator ornamental onion, and Indian Summer rudbeckia.
