Notes

'Melissa Darling' rose (Rosa 'Melissa Darling') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. The apricot blooms are fragrant and open in late spring, again in summer, and again in early to mid autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Brad Jalbert bred it, and Palatine Fruit & Roses introduced it in 2020.

Pairs well with Lamb’s ear, Little bluestem, Ornamental onion, and Jackmanii clematis.
