Notes

'Mme Plantier' rose (Rosa 'Mme Plantier') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. Creamy white, double flowers have a strong old rose fragrance and attract bees. Prune it each year and it grows as an arching shrub 5 to 6 feet high. Left unpruned, it climbs 10 to 12 feet.

Pairs well with Jackmanii clematis, Catnip, and Little bluestem.
