Notes

'Modesty' rose (Rosa 'Modesty') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant bears fragrant pink blend flowers in late spring, summer, and early autumn. Bees visit the blooms. Samuel McGredy II bred it in 1916.

Pairs well with Purple top, Society garlic, and Artichoke.
