Notes

'Monterosa' rose (Rosa 'Monterosa') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Fratelli Giacomasso bred it in 1958. The fragrant pink blend blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn, and bees visit them.

Pairs well with Ornamental onion, Nelly Moser clematis, and Maltese cross.
