Notes

'Monticello' rose (Rosa 'Monticello') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Light pink, fragrant flowers open from early to late summer and attract bees. The plant has dark green leaves and a spreading habit. Poulsen Roser A/S introduced it in 2001.

Pairs well with Clary sage, Casa Blanca lily, and Bouquet peony.
