Notes
'Moonbeam' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Moonbeam') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double blooms are white and shaded rose. You can cut the flowers for bouquets, or leave them in the border for a pretty show. Kelway bred it.
Pairs well with Indian grass, Stargazer lily, and Invincibelle Ruby smooth hydrangea.
