Notes

'Murmure' rose (Rosa 'Murmure') is a vine for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Dark red, fragrant blooms open from early to late summer. Bees visit the flowers. Paul Croix bred it in 1971.

Pairs well with Nelly Moser clematis, Bridal wreath spiraea, and Casa Blanca lily.
