Notes

'Nagano' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Nagano') is a bulb for borders and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. The fragrant, light yellow blooms open from early to late summer and again from early to late autumn. Bees visit the flowers. J. Snoek bred it, and it grows about 57 inches tall.

Pairs well with Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Bigleaf hydrangea, and Autumn fern.
