Notes

'Napipi' peony (Paeonia 'Napipi') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its single, yellowish-green flowers have a reddish-pink edge, face upward, and attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The upright plant needs no support.

Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Nodding onion, Standing Ovation little bluestem, and Sweet pepperbush.
