Notes

'New Dawn' rose (Rosa 'New Dawn') is a climbing shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen plantings, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and average to moist soil of most types. The fragrant light pink flowers attract butterflies and bees. It seems to flower best on old wood, so prune sparingly. Henry F. Bosenberg bred it as a sport of 'Dr W'. Van Fleet.

Pairs well with Nelly Moser clematis, Yarrow, and Queen of Night tulip.
