Notes

'Newcastle' daffodil (Narcissus 'Newcastle') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fragrant flowers have pure white petals around a vivid yellow cup, and bees and butterflies visit them. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. W.J. Dunlop bred it.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Greig's tulip, and Buckeye Belle peony.
