Notes

'Notwoodtwo' rose of sharon (Hibiscus syriacus 'Notwoodtwo') is a shrub for pollinator gardens and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil. Semi-double white flowers draw butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It sits low on the menu for deer. The shrub grows fast and has an erect shape, so it fills a hedge row quickly.

Pairs well with Buttonbush, Big bluestem, and Casa Blanca lily.
