Notes
'Pink Chiffon' rose of sharon (Hibiscus syriacus 'Pink Chiffon') is a shrub for borders, hedges, pollinator gardens, and low maintenance plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil of most types. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows fast and attracts butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It also tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Fourwing saltbush, Pittosporum, Shasta daisy, and Big bluestem.
