Notes

'Oneida' spotted beebalm (Monarda 'Oneida') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the fragrant flowers. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. The blooms open from early to late summer.

Pairs well with David garden phlox, Pink Hawaiian Coral peony, and Stargazer lily.
