Notes

'Orange Blossoms' peony (Paeonia 'Orange Blossoms') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, semi-double blooms are orange-coral with pink tipped stigmas, and butterflies and bees visit them. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Klehm's Song Sparrow Perennial Farm introduced it in 2003.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Halcyon hosta, and Prairie dropseed.
