Notes

'Orange Elf' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Orange Elf') is a perennial for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average soil of most types. It blooms from early to late summer and again in autumn, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. The plant stays compact at about 12 inches tall.
