Notes

'Over the Rainbow' rose (Rosa 'Over the Rainbow') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant red blend blooms open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the flowers. Ralph S. Moore bred it in 1972.

Pairs well with Inkberry, Fountain grass, and Mountain mint.
