Notes

'Palmengarten Frankfurt' rose (Rosa 'Palmengarten Frankfurt') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows 35 to 59 inches tall with a spreading habit and medium green leaves. Deep pink flowers open in late spring, again in early to late summer, and once more in early autumn. Bees visit the blooms, and W. Kordes Sohne bred it in 2006.

Pairs well with Amsonia, Little bluestem, and Hicksii yew.
