Notes

'Papoos' hardy fuchsia (Fuchsia 'Papoos') is a shrub for mixed borders, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Narrow red flowers hang from arching burgundy stems from early summer to frost. Hummingbirds and bees visit the blooms. To add hardiness, bury the base 3 to 4 inches deep, as you would a rose.

Pairs well with Gypsy rose, Bindweed, and Society garlic.
