Notes

'Pawn of Prophecy' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Pawn of Prophecy') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The pale grape lavender blooms have a dark eyezone and a green throat, and they are fragrant. They attract butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It is not a favorite of rabbits, though hungry rabbits will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Blonde Ambition blue grama, Knapweed, and Panicle hydrangea.
