Notes
'Perfekta' baby's breath (Gypsophila paniculata 'Perfekta') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy or loamy soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Its arching stems carry double white blooms in summer and again in autumn. Butterflies visit the flowers, and the plant tolerates drought and salt.
Pairs well with Paula Fay peony, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Little Beauty tulip.
