Notes

'Petite Delight' spotted beebalm (Monarda 'Petite Delight') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. The fragrant lavender-rose flowers attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The plant stays compact at 12 to 18 inches tall.

Pairs well with Joe Pye weed, Big bluestem, and Prairie Sun rudbeckia.
