Notes

'Petticoat' rose (Rosa 'Petticoat') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The white, fragrant flowers appear in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Tim Hermann Kordes bred it in 2006. The compact shrub has glossy, dark green leaves.

Pairs well with Korean spice viburnum, Little bluestem, and Queen of Night tulip.
