Notes

'Pink Double Delight' coneflower (Echinacea purpurea 'Pink Double Delight') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. The double pink blooms open in early to late summer and attract butterflies, bees, and birds. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. The plant also tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Prairie Sun rudbeckia, Moonshine yarrow, and Nodding onion.
