Notes

'Pink Lustre' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pink Lustre') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The semi-double flowers are light pink and open early, in early to mid spring. Their form is much the same as Marie Jacquin. Ernest Flint Kelsey bred it.

Pairs well with Smooth aster, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
