Notes
'Preziosa' mountain hydrangea (Hydrangea serrata 'Preziosa') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, containers, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a mound 36 to 48 inches tall and wide. The white blooms age to pink and reddish-purple, and bees visit them. The leaves also add fall color.
Pairs well with Inkberry, Culver’s root, and Big bluestem.
