Notes

'Primal Scream' daylily (Hemerocallis 'Primal Scream') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, loamy, clay, or chalky soil. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and blooms in summer. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the fragrant flowers. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Butterfly milkweed, Caradonna sage, and Sunrise coneflower.
