Notes
'Prolific' daffodil (Narcissus 'Prolific') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its fragrant flowers attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. C.A. van Paridon bred it.
Pairs well with Greig's tulip, Irish moss, and Karl Rosenfield peony.
