Notes

'Queen Alexandra' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Queen Alexandra') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The Japanese type flowers are snow-white and glisten in the light. A pale yellow center of petaloids sits in the middle of each bloom. Kelway bred it.

Pairs well with Iris, Scentara Double Blue lilac, and Cinnamon fern.
