'Quickstep' tulip (Tulipa 'Quickstep') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It bears orange-red blooms from early to late spring on stems about 22 inches tall. Sjaak Schouten bred it, and the flowers make good bouquets.
