Notes

'Quiet Melody' peony (Paeonia 'Quiet Melody') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double, dark pink flowers face upward and bloom in mid to late season. The upright bush stays healthy and usually needs no support. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Paul and Esther Simmons bred it.

Pairs well with Culver’s root, Blue grama, and Stargazer lily.
