Notes

'Quincy' peony (Paeonia 'Quincy') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The big, fragrant flowers are orange-red and attract butterflies and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Dense blazing star, Switchgrass, and Stargazer lily.
