J.C. Raulston parry's agave

Notes

'J.C. Raulston' parry's agave (Agave parryi 'J.C. Raulston') is a succulent for rock gardens, containers, and dry borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The wide, bluish grey leaves form a rosette about two feet tall and three feet wide. It handles wet winters better than most agaves, but it still needs extremely sharp drainage. Each plant blooms once, then pups keep the clump going.

Pairs well with Fountain grass, Texas mountain laurel, and Pink.
