'Red Blossom' tulip (Tulipa 'Red Blossom') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers are a glowing carmine red. They open from early to late spring on stems about 10 inches tall.

Pairs well with Mount Hood daffodil, Lemon Chiffon peony, and Little bluestem.
