Notes

'Red Paillette' rose (Rosa 'Red Paillette') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It stays bushy and compact, with dark green leaves and medium red blooms from early to late summer. Bees visit the flowers. L. Pernille Olesen bred it, and it won a Gold Medal.

Pairs well with Lanceleaf coreopsis, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Obedient plant.
