Notes
'Remembrance' Dutch crocus (Crocus vernus 'Remembrance') is a bulb for borders, containers, and naturalized drifts. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and most soil types. It grows 3 to 6 inches tall and bears violet purple flowers that attract bees from early to late spring. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It needs little care once planted.
Pairs well with Sedge, Royal fern, and Picture peony.
