Notes
'Flower Record' Dutch crocus (Crocus vernus 'Flower Record') is a bulb for borders, containers, and naturalized drifts. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and most soil types. Purple flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Plant it in groups, since it stays only 3 to 6 inches tall.
Pairs well with Sedge, Ostrich fern, and Comfrey.
