Notes
'Queen of the Blues' crocus (Crocus vernus 'Queen of the Blues') is a bulb for spring borders, lawns, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). The large flowers are violet-blue with a lighter margin and a dark base. They open mid early in the season. Plant the bulbs in groups so the blooms make a bold patch of color.
Pairs well with Creeping phlox, Bleeding heart, and Ostrich fern.
