Notes

'Renée-Marie' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Renée-Marie') is a perennial for borders, perennial beds, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Auguste Dessert bred it. The full double blooms open blush or cream with light pink edges and a darker center. They appear from mid to late spring into early summer on strong, upright stems.

Pairs well with Spotted beebalm, Queen of Night tulip, and Cinnamon fern.
