Notes
'Rhapsody in Blue' gladiolus (Gladiolus 'Rhapsody in Blue') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. The tall flower spikes reach about 47 to 59 inches high and have a fragrance. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms. Stake the stems if your site is windy.
Pairs well with Black-eyed Susan, Montbretia, and Fountain grass.
