Notes

'Rossinant' tulip (Tulipa 'Rossinant') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. The flowers open in early to late spring and stand about 10 inches tall. They are light fuchsin purple with tepals slightly tipped green, a bright buttercup yellow base, and a narrow white margin. C. van der Vlugt & Sons bred it.

Pairs well with Bridal Crown daffodil, Claire de Lune peony, and Little bluestem.
