Notes
'Rubella' tulip (Tulipa 'Rubella') is a bulb for spring beds, borders, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun. Its white and pale yellow flowers carry feathers, flames, and marbles of red and pink, so every bloom looks different. Flowers open from early to late spring. Fertilize with bulb food as soon as shoots emerge, and let the foliage die back naturally after flowering.
Pairs well with Ice Follies daffodil, Sedge, and Showy milkweed.
