Notes
'Ruby Glow' spurge (Euphorbia amygdaloides 'Ruby Glow') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, ground cover, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It forms a clumping, evergreen mound that grows 12 to 24 inches tall and wide, and blooms in early to late spring. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It is drought tolerant, so it suits dry spots.
Pairs well with Silver sage, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, Prairie dropseed, and Red spider lily.
