Notes
'Santa Claus' hardy fuchsia (Fuchsia 'Santa Claus') is a shrub with double, pendulous flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun. The red recurving sepals surround white centers with slight red veining. It blooms from summer to frost and draws hummingbirds and bees. Bury the base 3 to 4 inches deep, as you would a rose, to boost hardiness.
Pairs well with Fountain grass, Society garlic, and Tea plant.
